30 Before 30

Welcome to my bucket list! I stumbled upon Charity’s bucket list here, and I love the idea of a 30 Before 30 list! I am only 24, so there are no excuses!

  1. Reach my goal weight of 140lbs. (currently at 180lbs)
  2. Road trip to the Grand Canyon. And camp out at the bottom!
  3. Get tickets to see Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and SNL!
  4. Spend a month or more traveling.
  5. Teach English abroad for at least a year.
  6. Get adventurous in New Zealand and Australia.
  7. Go actual camping. Just you, your tent and the wilderness.
  8. Run a marathon.
  9. Have a bonfire with friends on the beach.
  10. Travel to Croatia and check out anything Game of Thrones related.
  11. Visit the Harry Potter sights in London.
  12. See Harry Potter Land in Florida.
  13. Get at least two more tattoos, including a matching one with my mom.
  14. Pay off my car loan and my private student loan.
  15. Take my mom to Greece.
  16. Invest in a nice camera, and actually learn how to use it.
  17. Develop a real wardrobe and get rid of these leftovers from college!
  18. Find an organization I am passionate about and regularly volunteer.
  19. Participate in a sprint triathlon.
  20. Attend a professional football game.
  21. Visit Canada and Niagara Falls.
  22. Take a cross country road trip.
  23. Take an over night hiking trip.
  24. Visit the Moulin Rouge in Paris.
  25. Get wonderfully lost in Prague.
  26. See the Great Rift Valley in person.
  27. Build a sound go-to recipe arsenal.
  28. Throw a backyard get together with string lights and everything!
  29. Go on a cruise with friends.
  30. See Yellowstone National Park.

Whew! Looks like there’s a lot to accomplish before my 30th! What’s on your bucket list?

  1. Wow, quite an ambitious list you have got here! I have passed 40 now and still haven’t written a bucket list – probably because I know I’ll never get to fulfil it. 😦 Anyway, I will follow your blog now, let us know how you are getting on with the list! And do visit my blog, too, and perhaps follow it, too, if you find it interesting enough!
